Hi! My name is Graham, and my heart behind King Worship is to help busy people to pray and worship Jesus more effectively every day.
Each episode of the podcast is effectively a short devotional, which;
opens with a short bible reading
runs through the ACTS method of prayer; Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving and Supplication
turns everything back to worship with a short improvised song, aiming to sing truths directly from the scripture passage back to God as praise.
It's surprisingly simple. By allowing God some of our precious time each day you will hear from him, draw closer, be gently convicted and challenged by the Holy Spirit, and may find your life taking some new and unexpected turns.
How can I listen?
The first season (which will focus on Psalms) is currently in production, so signup to the website to receive posts as and when they happen. The podcast will be available to listen to via the website, or on the usual podcast stores.
When is the best time to listen?
While it's completely up to your preference, I reckon that starting the day in a safe, quiet space with God (and a cup of quality single-origin coffee) can't be rivalled.
That said, you might find that listening to an episode on the tube / subway / underground or as a post work detox works for you. As long as you're allowing time for God, I think we can chalk that up as a win.
How can I get involved?
On top of subscribing to the podcast on the various platforms, you can subscribe to this website for updates on new episodes, blog posts, music releases (God willing) and other subscriber-only resources.
I would love to hear stories of what God is doing in your lives, and to hear feedback on how I can improve the podcast too!
Who's behind King Worship?
King Worship is an initiative by me, Graham Ormiston, who attends Grace London, in Waterloo. I’m helped along by supportive friends and family and especially my long-suffering but simply amazing wife, Lucy.
